Massive Music Store accepts the following payment methods:
Credit cards:
Nexi credit cards are accepted all over the world, thanks to the connection with the international Visa or Mastercard circuits. At the time of payment you will be directed to the NEXI site which protects and guarantees the information and data of credit card holders. Learn more about www.nexi.it
Wire transfer:
You can pay for your purchases by securely transferring the amount due from your bank / post office current account, with a simple transfer order (to be made at the counter or online).
Payment will be received by us after approximately 1-2 business days. The customer is obliged to pay any and all costs relating to the transaction.
Postepay:
Charging is quick and easy. It can be done by anyone (even by non-card holders) in any post office in Italy with cash payment at the cost of 1 euro or through the Postamat branches or at the SISAL ticket offices, from the site www.poste.it or from an enabled PosteMobile SIM.
PayPal:
With over 86.6 million accounts worldwide, PayPal is a leader in online payments. Anyone with an email address can pay and be paid safely using their credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid card (eg Postepay, Kalibra and others), without sharing data with the seller and without expenses or commissions.

Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Dlgs n. 185/99 and, with regard to the protection of confidentiality, it will be subject to the regulations referred to in Law no. 675/96 and subsequent amendments

WITHDRAWALS AND RETURNS
Massive guarantees the quality and functionality of all products on sale for 14 days from the date of receipt. If you receive a defective or non-functional item, please send us an email to massive@massivemusicstore.com to arrange a possible exchange or refund. The products will be replaced if possible with the same artist / title. In case of unavailability, you can decide to obtain a credit to be used in a future purchase or to be refunded.
In the event that part or all of the items are found to be defective, we will replace or refund only the products that have manufacturing defects and not those that malfunction due to possible incompatibilities with audio / video players. Therefore, in order to avoid a non-refund, before requesting the replacement of the product, we recommend making sure that the defect found persists even on systems of another brand or model.
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by the law (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206) which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is, carried out outside commercial premises. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred. This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from any distance contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal is exercised:

The items must be substantially intact and in their original condition.
In the case of defective material, the customer is requested to specify the nature of the defect and at what point exactly it occurs.
Massive will send the amount due within 14 days, net of shipping and / or bank charges.
The competent court
In this regard, it is noted that both on the basis of the provisions of the civil code (Article 1469 bis, paragraph III, no. 19), and on the basis of the provisions of contracts stipulated outside the premises of the company, territorial jurisdiction is mandatory and is of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the customer (see article 12 of Legislative Decree 50 of 1992 and article 14 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999)

ORDER CANCELLATION
Massive reserves the right to cancel an order or an order item if the following circumstances occur:
- items that are reported as out of print by the distribution companies;
- items that, due to problems, cannot be delivered by suppliers;
- credit card fraud;
- scams against Massive;
- price changes by the supplier that lead to price changes of more than 5%.
