WE CONTACT YOU FOR A FIRST ANALYSIS.
Once we have received your message, we will call you within a few days and we will speak in person to get all the information we need to give a price to your used vehicle.
We don't like to waste our customers' time, so in some cases, we may also ask you to send us a photo of the records you have decided to sell so as to be more precise in the evaluation.

WE WILL SEND A COURIER HOME FOR COLLECTION, FREE OF CHARGE.
Once the agreement has been reached, we will send a courier to your home to collect them. Without charging you anything.

WE EVALUATE YOUR DISCS.
With your records in hand we will proceed to a second evaluation to have the actual conditions confirmed.

WE CLOSE THE NEGOTIATION.
At that point we will contact you to definitively close the negotiation and proceed with the bank transfer for an amount equal to the agreed amount.
Alternatively, if you prefer, we "give you" a credit of double value compared to the evaluation made, which you can spend on your discs, CDs and DVDs used favorites. The credit is valid both in store than for purchases online and it has no expiration date.
If, on the other hand, we do not have to find an agreement, we will decide together the methods of return.
